“Casa Serena 10 in Macher, Lanzarote offers clean, spacious rooms and an excellent breakfast. The breakfast staff were especially attentive and made each morning enjoyable. The property is a converted house, and it definitely feels that way, so the overall experience doesn’t quite match what you’d expect from a full-service hotel. There’s no concierge, and some details were lacking. The bedding wasn’t very comfortable, and the in-room amenities were minimal: only two chamomile tea bags, two small Nescafé packets, plastic wine glasses, and just a small bottle of shampoo and body wash with no conditioner provided during a three-day stay. The safe requires carrying a physical key, and it isn’t secured to anything. On the positive side, the view is lovely, with the sea visible in the distance. The swimming pool is nice as well, though it’s located quite close to the rooms. Overall, it’s a pleasant place with great breakfast service, but it may not fully meet expectations if you’re looking for a traditional hotel experience.”

“This place is really peaceful, bedrooms are comfortable. Bathroom are well equipped. The easy autonomous access is really convenient. It makes you feel free while being there. The team is careful and easy to contact. The breakfast is amazing and the team that is taking care of it as well. Recommend this place for your stay at Lanzarote. Don’t expect a classic hotel with a reception, this place has a modern approach of stay. That I like”

“A beautiful place for your stay in Lanzarote. Rooms are huge and comfortable with plenty of space and the bathroom even has 2 showers. Breakfast (included) options rotate every 3 days. Make sure to try all of them because they are all delicious. The staff is also super nice and makes sure you have everything you need. 7-8 parking spots. Location is 5 minutes away from Puerto del Carmen. Would definitely return”
